it's so easy to deal with them! I ordered crutches for my friend who got into an accident. When they delivered the items, I was told by my friend that he can't use them because both of his legs were injured and so I have to return the item and request a refund. The staff I spoke to was very kind and assisted me all the way so I don't have to visit the branch and return the items. He arranged the driver to pick up the order. very good customer service!!
