ISO ZERO is made up of over 85% whey protein isolate (WPH, WPI), one of the purest sources of protein. The Eric Favre ® laboratory has selected it for its rapid assimilation allowing muscle anabolism. Due to its cold microfiltration, the protein is only slightly denatured and ensures very good digestion. Protein helps increase muscle mass.

Directions to Use:
On training days: take 1 measure of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water one hour before training then a measure of 30g just after training to provide the muscles with the proteins necessary for muscle development.
On rest days: take 1 measure of 30g in 150 to 200ml of water as a snack at 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. in the evening before bedtime.
