Good and Bad. It does do what it says, but one of the side effects is less than desirable. If you eat more than 30 grams of fat in any meal, you will not like the side effects. I have lost weight but 6 out of 7 days, I stay under 30 grams of fat for the day. Honestly, if you are obese, this may work good for you, But if I watch my diet and stay under 30 grams, I will lose without it.
